Ente brings programming exercises, a code editor, and an AI tutor together in the browser. The tutor can follow the learner's code, the task, and the test results, and offers help where it is needed — the aim is to support students in thinking through problems and building their own understanding.

Developed at ETH Zurich, Ente is a platform for both teaching and research into how AI can support learning. Educators and researchers at other universities are welcome to collaborate on deploying Ente and adapting it to their courses or research needs.
